Mi-Trek Fleet Alarm & Poll package mi-Trek Basic Alarm & Poll package is our entry level product specifically designed for users who just want to know, "where is my vehicle now?", while providing the ability to report alarm locations, eg. Duress events.
• Vehicle Position Update on demand: the package includes a Poll ("get position now") feature. Using your mobile phone you can manually request the location of your vehicle using a standard text message. The result of your Poll is available on the mi-Trek website (no additional software required), approx 1-2 minutes later. On demand, determine the location and view your vehicles on the map, together with speed, heading, closest road, closest suburb/town, co-ordinates and a link to Google Maps for additional mapping and satellite photographs of the location. • Periodic Vehicle Position Update: The tracking unit can be configured to automatically update the vehicle position on a prescribed interval eg. hourly, daily or weekly. • Emergency Duress Button or Pendant can be installed in your vehicle -when activated, a message is sent from the tracking unit to the mi-Trek Basestation – alerts are then sent to you (as many recipients as you like) by email or SMS Text Message.
